Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program (NCPEP) is a program that assists unemployed or underemployed non-custodial parents in establishing a pattern of regular child support payments by obtaining and maintaining unsubsidized, competitive employment. To enroll in the Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program, we need to verify your eligibility: the child you pay child support on is in the state of Florida and that income guidelines are met. You can either stop by the main office at: 4440 Grand Blvd. New Port Richey, FL 34652 or call to provide all needed information: 727-484-3438. We are located in the Dade City and Brooksville CareerSource by appointment only.
